Terms of Service

Effective: September 2026 • Governed under the commercial laws of Punjab, Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or engaging the services of Nexura Digital (directed by CEO Muhammad Ahsaan ul haq and Chief of Staff Urwa Shoukat, headquartered in Okara, Pakistan), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Professional Services

Nexura Digital provides high-end digital engineering and marketing solutions, including custom web development, 3D WebAR dining portals, autonomous AI chatbots, Meta Ads management, and Nexura Academy free training.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon final settlement of milestone fees, the Client receives full ownership of all custom software code, visual assets, and deliverables created specifically for their project.

4. Milestone Payments & Invoicing

Standard agency engagements operate on structured milestones (typically 50% mobilization deposit upon proposal approval, and 50% upon verified deployment).
